Leigh Bowman-PerksLeigh is the founder and CEO of the charity the Inspiring Leadership Trust (ILT), helping to change the landscape for equal opportunity by empowering and developing the most vulnerable women and children in the UK and around the world. As a call to action, she continues to mobilise and develop inspiring leaders to support the charity’s ambitions for international growth and drive real, positive and sustainable change. Leigh is also a Culture Consultant, Leadership Coach, Motivational Speaker and Top Team Facilitator, working with Global FTSEs, Entrepreneurs and High Net Worth individuals. She is author of ‘Inspiring Women Leaders’, which includes ground-breaking research into 21st century leadership, stories from inspiring ‘every-day’ leaders around the world. In collaboration with internationally renowned psychometrician, Dr Reuven Bar-On (Bar-On EQi, and Jonathan Bowman-Perks MBE, she co-designed the Inspiring Leadership Inventory – new suite of psychometric and assessment tools. Profits from her book are donated to the ILT. She is married to Jonathan Bowman-Perks MBE and between them they have a son in the MET police and 3 daughters at university. Pamela HutchinsonPamela is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Bloomberg. In this role she leads the company’s global diversity and inclusion initiative in the region, serving as a partner and thought leader on strategy and vision. Pamela is cited as one of the most recognised thought leaders and vocal advocates for diversity across the private sector and has more than 20 years’ experience in managing diversity across engineering, financial services, technology and media. During her tenure Pamela has provided coaching and guidance to senior leaders whilst collaborating across HR and the business to deliver objectives, measures and solutions to promote and progress diversity and inclusion. Pamela has worked at firms including Barclay’s, Bechtel Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Northern Trust and has been instrumental in firmly establishing ethnic diversity as an imperative across the City whilst being a visible and vocal campaigner for equality. Pamela was recognised in the 2017 & 2018 PowerList of Britain’s most influential people of African and African Caribbean heritage, awarded Head of Diversity of the Year in the 2016 European Diversity Awards and was featured in the 2016 & 2017 Global Diversity List Top 50 Diversity Professionals. Pamela is a Trustee at The Inspiring Leadership Trust.
Jonathan Bowman-PerksJonathan Bowman-Perks is a CEO’s Trusted Leadership Advisor, master coach, mentor, executive team facilitator, motivational speaker, philanthropist and author. Jonathan is Visiting Professor in Leadership at the Cass Business School in London. He teaches on the Global Executive MBA Programme at Manchester business School. He has also taught leadership programmes with practical tips and techniques at University College London and Les Roche International Management School Switzerland. He was Assistant to the Head of the British Army, Chief of Staff of the Army’s largest Brigade and commanded his Company on 3 operational tours. He worked in PwC, IBM and as Penna PLC’s MD of Board and Executive Coaching. HM the Queen awarded him the MBE for his services to leadership in training UN leaders who helped prevent the East Timor massacre. Michelle CoomberMichelle is an IT professional with several years of technical and management experience in web-based systems. Her current role is with Howdens Joinery, the largest supplier of kitchens in the UK. Originally from Zimbabwe, Michelle grew up in South Africa, has lived in the USA and Norway and is now settled in the UK with her husband and two sons. Passionate about teamwork and determined to leave a positive legacy, Michelle worked as a Games Maker volunteer for the London 2012 Olympics and has both coached and competed in rowing at an elite level. Occupation: Collaboration Systems Lead, Howdens Joinery Ltd.
